BLVD

A logo I designed for a new venue that's to open soon.

This is for a wallpaper their going to add to the venue.  Wasn't my idea but the owners wanted this and were happy with the final outlay.  It's very rushed so I don't think it's at it's best and I used the first background that I thought would fit well without testing various backgrounds like I usually do.  I used some lighting effects to finish it off and bring the design together.

PLAYBOY ENERGY DRINK NIGHTCLUB

I didn't really like this design.  The concept is what I wanted...a girl almost stepping out of a city like background.  ultimately I couldn't get the images i needed and the lack of time meant I had to use what I had.  Playboy Energy Drink Nightclub was happy with it so I moved on.

There are actually 4 people on this poster, see if you can spot them.

This one is easy. There are two playboy bunny logos.

One of the first event night posters I created for Playboy Energy Drink Nightclub.

CAFE VACCA MATTA SUNCOAST

This was pretty easy as well. Most of the work was already done since I used this sign board sort of structure.  I thought it would represent the place well since the bands were alternative but the venue was not really such an alternative place.  This was a nice half way point.

Really enjoyed this one, I'm a huge Tim Burton fan.

This I did this for the x-mas to come. I didn't want it to be all colourful and jolly but at the same time it still needed to have a festive feel to it.  I didn't want it to be too dark and gloomy either simply because it needs to appeal to a large audience but at the same time I wanted a slight under toned darkness.  Hope I achieved this.

FUSION MARKETING & EVENTS

I'm a vegetarian, so I really appreciated the oppertunity to do this.

This was the first draft for the FUSION MARKETING logo.  I know the guy running this company likes plasma flashes...so I came up with the idea of having a globe with electricity running through it.  Light bulbs are usually associated with "PING! I have an Idea."  Well at least in comic strips they are...

Okay so i added these black roses in the back of the design.  Organic or natural meets made-made or artificial...FUSION.  I didn't feel it was working though!

Okay so this was the final product.  The background was taken from a previous design for a club that didn't eventually manifest.

For the business card I added these frames on the side.  The idea was born from the X-mas design I did for Cafe Vacca Matta.

I hadn't had time to do this poster and I had promised I would get it done by a certain date.  So, at the last minute I whipped this up.  I added the blue swirly effects because I thought it was too normal looking otherwise.

Little Foxx and the Imagination Factory: Ink Doodles

EAT YOUR HEART OUT!

Each day at work I built up this heart, little by little, layer by layer in between saving projects and loading files.

Little Foxx and the Imagination Factory : My First Oil Painting

MY first OIL painting...

I did this years ago.  Each fur strand was painted to build up the animals coat.  I even added tones, light and shade to most of the strands.  The oil paints were used straight out of the tube so It took forever to dry but I got a rich, thick texture...many sleepless nights

The Art of Words Pt 2: a LITTLe eNiGma

A Little Enigma

A MIGHTY test
Let’s see how hIgH yoU can scOre
Please don’t waste my time
You know I’m lOOking for something morE

I love to watch them
Burn and coil
Although my aim was never to cause turmoIl

Look twice and you shall see
What wasn’t originally there
STANDINg before me

MaYa is her name
And all your efforts shall die in vain

And if something survives, something remains
I know you will be SCREAMING shouting
Screaming at me, saying I brought you shame
Wrote this at a time when i felt that the guys I met were not projecting true affection but all they wanted was one thing...however somewhere inside they felt guilty and this caused them to believe their lie...my dark ages
